Because TAI Expo is an invite-only event built exclusively for decision-makers and top-tier tech companies, our data collection is inherently highly localized and strictly purposed. We gather standard registration data (Name, Corporate Email, Title, Company Size) combined with third-party verification tools (such as LinkedIn lookup) strictly to validate the seniority and authentic decision-making power of applicants.
Your information is used solely for the verification flow, platform access provision, and AI-powered matchmaking. Unlike other virtual events, we explicitly do not rent, sell, or broadcast your registration data to broad marketing networks or third-party mailing lists.
When you, as an attendee, actively engage with an Exhibitor's booth, request a meeting, or explicitly opt-in to their materials, your business card details are securely transferred to that specific Exhibitor. You are fully anonymous on our platform until you explicitly initiate contact with a vendor.
The platform runs on our proprietary, fully-encrypted stack. Every internal channel utilizes standard end-to-end encryption protocols during the transfer of PII and audiovisual data during 1-on-1 calls.
